Two years ago I was utterly broke and desperately searching for a job which would fit in with my two children. A friend of mine mentioned Avon and that she was a Rep - I was so nervous and worried about whether I could make a success out of giving Avon a go. But, hey presto, my first order in 7 days was £270 - wow! A few months later I realised that in order to make more money and carve a career for myself I would try my hand at becoming an Independent Avon Sales Leader. I love my job! It's hard work and you do have to be reliable, canvass your territory regularly, canvass for Sales Representative, team management is a must - but it's all been worth it! I'm now self employed, my ever growing fantastic team is now 180 (or so) strong. I moved up through the ranks from Sales Leader to Executive Sales Leader in 11 Campaigns. So, it can be done! It's all been so worthwhile and I can honestly say.. I love my job! Can you? The best thing about being an Avon Rep/Sales Leader that it's entirely up to you.. become a Home Shopper and buy Avon at discounted prices, become a Representative and do your own shopping as well as having friends and family and territory.. or become a Sales Leader and do the lot! If your life changes.. you can step your Avon business back to being a Home Shopper.. if you have more time you can build up your Rep side or your Sales Leader team.. it's entirely up to you. Which other job offers such flexibility. It's all about YOU and what YOU want! My Favorite Avon Products

So many to choose from! The Anew Reversalist Range is fabulous. I'd hate to be parted from the Thermafirm cream in the Clinical range. The new Hair Colours and products are affordable and work really really well! I can't decide between Outspoken by Fergie or the Herve Leger perfumes (for men and women).. a handbad must! I'm a bargain hunter and the Hello Tomorrow Magazine with all the Demo items and bargains in the Clearance section are a campaign must have.

My Interests

My main interest at the moment - AVON! Working hard to build and maintain my ever growing and brilliant team. Reaping the benefits of my hard work and earning more - my children make sure we spend it well!

My Dreams

My immediate dream - to regain my hard earned Executive Status and become a Senior Excecutive Sales Leader in 2011!
